Teri Mossis the soprano singer for Simeon’s Promise and also writes many of the songs the group sings. Her husband Kenneth (known as Moose) is the sound engineer, bus driver, and mechanic for the group. They formed Simeon’s Promise Ministry in Feb 2003 and the couple live in Browns Summit, NC. They have two children and four precious grandchildren.
Teri began singing as a child with her family and has been a part of various singing groups in her adult life. "Singing is just a part of me and singing for my Lord is what I love to do."
Teri and Moose attend Andrews Memorial Baptist Church and both have received the Lord Jesus into their heart. "Our desire to give our life to God to be used of Him for His Glory! He has been so good to us!
Kerry McArthur is the lead singer for Simeon’s Promise Ministry, as well as the group emcee. He also helps keep our website updated and keeps the group laughing as he is always so much fun to be with. Kerry was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. He is 36 years old and married to his lovely wife Heather, who is also a Greensboro resident. They have two beautiful boys, Caleb Matthew, 9 and Joseph Michael, 5. Kerry has been singing since he was about 7 years old. He started singing in weddings as well as church functions by the age of 14. His life’s dream has always been to sing. Since Kerry rededicated his life to Christ, he is praying and longing for the doors to be opened so that the talent God gave Him can and will be used for His glory through the ministry of Simeon’s Promise. Kerry says "God has blessed me in so many ways and I just want to give back unto the Lord and serve Him. God is so Good!"
Brandon Brownis our baritone singer and is doing an awesome job. Brandon was taken to church as a child by his parents, and he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 9. He was raised around gospel music, as his Mom traveled on the road singing with The Rivers of Joy for 15 years. Brandon, himself has also sung with 2 other groups prior to joining Simeon's Promise.
Brandon and his lovely wife Autumn live in Reidsvile NC and have been married for 10 years. They have a beautiful daughter, Taylor Grace.
Brandon states, “I am extremely blessed that God has led me to Simeon's Promise and I look forward to what God has in store for us. God’s Grace is always sufficient!
